The fact is that most schools with correct and prior notice will accept AND EVEN ENCOURAGE their students taking time to attend The Anglo Czech Ice Hockey School as it comes under further education [or sports event] and not a holiday and so should be marked as in attendance and is not most cases considered as absence. Please call me for any assistance or confirmation if required [confirmation only supplied with completed applications and deposits which in this case only are refundable should the school refuse].

HOW TO APPLY:
To reserve your place, complete the Application Form and send it together with a cheque for the deposit of £175.00 made payable to "Anglo Czech 09".
The agreed balance will then need to be paid before June 1st with places only guaranteed on receipt of final payment.
Please note that prices are based on school flight allowance and may increase for late bookings so cannot be guaranteed. We advise early booking with deposits to avoid any disappointment.
Book early to take advantage of the competitive pricing of our school, with regrets your deposits are used on your behalf and are non-refundable.
The remaining balance IS refundable but only on verified accident or illness and this is only until 18th June.
We recommend you take out insurance but are happy to take out insurance on your behalf if required.
Please note that insurance taken out on your behalf will only take effect approximately 4 weeks before departure, and only then after all school and insurance monies have been paid. Please also note it is up to you to be sure this insurance is satisfactory for your needs. If this cover does not suit you please make your own arrangements.
In addition to insurance, on 31 December 2005, your E111 ceased to be valid. From 1 January 2006, you will need a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) to receive healthcare that becomes necessary during your visit to an EEA country or Switzerland.

IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR BAGGAGE
It is as always our intention to keep our prices low without reducing our value for money policy. Unfortunately this year we have had several price increases all of which except the new baggage cost have been included in the package price. As individual baggage requirements vary it is easier to keep separate as the airline has done giving you the customer the final say. I believe as in the past we can all work within the minimum 20 kilo £6 per flight plus the free of charge hand luggage allowance. If you agree with me then the fee of £12 per booking needs to be added to the package price. If you require a larger luggage allowance please visit the www.easyjet.com web site and let me know your requirement so that booking can take place on your behalf. ALL BOOKINGS WITH DEPOSITS MADE WITHOUT NOTIFYING US FIRST ABOUT EXTRA BAGGAGE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE MADE WITH THE 20 KILO MINIMUM ALLOWANCE WHICH CANNOT BE CHANGED AFTERWARDS WITHOUT EXTRA COSTS AS STATED IN EASY JET CONDITIONS.
