IMPORTANT MESSAGE: Many parents have asked for the dates to be changed so that their children can attend believing that they cannot miss the last few days at school without being marked as absent.
The fact is that most schools with correct and prior notice will accept AND EVEN ENCOURAGE their students taking time to attend The Anglo Czech Ice Hockey School as it comes under further education and not a holiday and so should be marked as "in attendance" and is not most cases considered as absence. HOW TO APPLY:
Option [1] To pay your deposit now! Complete the application form online paying the deposit £175.00 by credit card through Paypal, "the safe and easy way". Remaining forms can then follow but need to be in signed hard copy sent by post.
Option [2] To pay by cheque! Print and complete the Application Forms and send it together with a cheque for the deposit of £175.00 made payable to "Anglo Czech".
Option [3] To pay the full amount now! Complete application form online paying total by card through Paypal or by bank transfer [call for bank details]
For all options except option 3, the agreed balance will need to be paid before June 1st with places only guaranteed on receipt of final payment.
Please note deposits do not guarantee your place. Only full payment before June 1st and school acceptance of the player guarantees the place.

The remaining balance IS refundable but only on verified accident or illness and this is only until 18th June.
We recommend you take out insurance but are happy to take out insurance on your behalf if required.
Please note that insurance taken out on your behalf will only take effect approximately 4 weeks before departure, and only then after all school and insurance monies have been paid. Please also note it is up to you to be sure this insurance is satisfactory for your needs. If this cover does not suit you please make your own arrangements.
In addition to insurance, on 31 December 2005, your E111 ceased to be valid. From 1 January 2006, you will need a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) to receive healthcare that becomes necessary during your visit to an EEA country or Switzerland.
